You can now make your returns from the comfort of your home and neighbourhood. We have partnered with PostCo to offer more intimate support during such unusual times. This service is only available for Singapore addresses.
We are happy to accept returns on unused, full-priced items that is in original condition and packaging, 30 days after receiving. All sales are final thereafter.

Select the reason for return for each item you wish to return.
You can use your preferred shipping method, opt to drop off the packaged item at one of PostCo's locations or enjoy the convenience of a pick-up from your home. The service fee of $4.50 will be processed online after your request has been approved.
To initiate paperless returns, please hold onto the original shipping label that came with your parcel for activation. You may make your selection and payment after your request has been approved.
If not, a printer will be required to download and print the new return label and attach securely onto your packaged parcel. As a last resort, you may reuse any shipping label (excluding those from Janio) with a barcode instead.
Once your request has been approved, prepare your item for return shipping. Item should be in original condition and packaging - clean, unworn and undamaged.
You may combine multiple orders for return within the same account and return window. Item dimension should not exceed 50 x 50 x 50 cm.
Returns should be posted out or dropped off within 3 working days of confirmation to avoid delays.
All approved refunds will be processed as store credits in the form of gift card that can be applied with the unique code on your next purchase, valid up to 12 months from 27 April 2020. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to process.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

We suggest you return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you want as we cannot guarantee stock levels.
We sincerely apologise if we sent you a defective or incorrect item. You may contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a replacement within 7 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in the same condition you received it in. All sales are final thereafter.
All international orders placed after 1 April 2020 now have an extended returns window of 30 days. Items need to be in original, unused condition. Return shipping is to be borne by customer and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. It is recommended to provide tracking when available.
