Our Return Policy
We are happy to accept domestic returns on full-price, undamaged, and unused items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Thereafter all sales are final. Returns must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging (i.e. drawstring bag / shoe box). Items must be securely fastened and sealed within the original paper mailer your order arrived in or repackaged in a reused mailer. Do not affix tape, shipping labels and stickers on shoe box.
We recommend that your return is picked up by our appointed courier or dropped off at our Marymount studio within 3 days of confirmation to avoid delays. The cost of return pickup will be deducted from the refund. No shipping label required. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. You have been warned.
Once your return has been received, we aim to process it within 10 business days. All approved returns will be processed as store credits in the form of gift card that can be applied with a unique code on your next purchase, valid up to 12 months.

We suggest you return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you want as we cannot guarantee stock levels.
We sincerely apologise if we sent you a defective or incorrect item. You may contact email@example.com to arrange for a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in the same condition you received it in. Thereafter all sales are final.
All international orders now have an extended returns window of 30 days. Items need to be in original, unused condition. Return shipping is to be borne by customer and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. It is recommended to provide tracking when available.
