If you are feeling unwell, please cancel or reschedule your visit for the safety of our environment and others. Mandatory temperature taking and SafeEntry check-in before entry. Each appointment is designed with intervals in between to carry out sanitary measures and ensure safe distancing between customers.
Hurry and let us know immediately or within 12 hours of placing your order so that we can do our best to accommodate the changes. If it's past that or if the order has already shipped, then it will be literally out of our reach to help.
We do not encourage it but yes, it is possible to cancel your order within 1 hour of order confirmation for store credits. Please notify us via email so that we can process your request immediately. Thereafter, please go through our returns portal after you have received the item to return it if you're not convinced.
Very rarely, we cancel orders if there is a problem with stock, or if you’ve made a request. We will always reach out prior with a personal message to offer an alternative product or process your refund in full. Please accept our apologies if your order is cancelled because of a problem at our end.
We sincerely apologize if we sent you a defective or incorrect item. As much as we try our best to pack your orders accurately, one or two do tend to bite us in the back. Fret not, we will be happy to replace the item for you within 7 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in the same condition you received it in. All sales are final thereafter.
We provide door-to-door courier service for both local and international orders. Flat-rate local shipping at $4.90 and complimentary for local orders $80 and above. International shipping is charged by weight and calculated at checkout.

Typically, your order will take 3 to 4 working days after order confirmation to ship. Once it's shipped, it can take up to 2 working days for local orders and up to 14 working days for international orders.
During sale and festive seasons, do take note that there may be a delay in deliveries as we sort through the high volume of orders and work to getting each order packed accurately for you.
We are happy to accept returns on full-price, undamaged, and unused items 14 days after receiving. Item should be in original condition and packaging accompanied with the relevant paperwork. Please ensure that item is clean because foot hygiene is grossly underrated. If such an item happens to be returned, we will not be able to process or return it so it'll be your loss.
For international customers, you have 30 days upon receiving your parcel to contact us if you would like to start your return process.

Kindly check that your item meets our return policy before proceeding. Items should essentially be unworn and must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging (i.e. drawstring bag / shoe box).
Return should be securely sealed in a mailer bag. Do not write or affix shipping labels, stickers and tape on shoe box.
No shipping label is required when you book your pickup through our appointed courier. Write 'Return to SWC' on your parcel and ensure that your order number is visible.
Please lodge your request here. Follow the steps online to request your return. Once your return has been created, you will receive an email detailing how your item can be sent back to us. If your order falls outside of the returns window and rules, the portal will automatically refuse your request. No hard feelings.
We currently offer two methods of return:

We suggest you return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you want as we cannot guarantee stock levels. If you would like try our Courier ExchangeBETA service, please reach out. Additional charges apply.
Yes you can. All international orders now have an extended returns window of 30 days as long as it meets our return policy. Return shipping is to be borne by customer and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. It is expensive and we rarely get requests from international customers to process a return but if you're adamant, please contact us to start your process.
The Weekend Club
Owning a Shop Weekend Cheoks account is equivalent to owning The Weekend Club account. As long as you have registered for an account online, you're a part of us!

$WC is the unit of our rewards currency. Your personal $WC will be reflected on The Weekend Club pop-up window on the bottom left of your screen. You can trigger it via your account dashboard once you've logged in.
You can exchange $WC Points for vouchers in the following denominations: $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100. Every dollar spent on a SWC item will gift you 1 $WC Point. Do kindly note that the dollar amount excludes shipping fees.
When you make a return, the $WC Points earned for the purchase will be deducted from your account. Once you've made another purchase, you will then receive the $WC points for that amount spent.
