We are happy to accept returns of full-price, undamaged, and unused items. All sales final once your returns window expires (see below).
To prepare for your return, please include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging (i.e. drawstring bag / shoe box). Return items must be securely fastened and sealed within the original mailer or repackaged in a new, reused mailer. Do not affix tape, shipping labels and stickers on shoe box.
Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. You have been warned.
Once your return has been received, we aim to process it within 10 business days. All approved returns will be processed as store credits in the form of gift card that can be applied with a unique code on your next purchase, valid up to 6 months.
Domestic returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. We recommend that your return is picked up by our appointed courier or dropped off at our Marymount studio within 3 days of confirmation to avoid delays. The cost of return pickup will be deducted from the refund amount. No additional shipping label required. Lodge a return above to start your process.
International orders now have an extended returns window of 30 days. Return shipping is to be borne by customer and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. It is recommended to provide tracking when available. Please contact us to start your process.
We suggest you return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you want as we cannot guarantee stock levels.
We sincerely apologise if we sent you a defective or incorrect item. You may contact firstname.lastname@example.org or lodge a return to arrange for a replacement of item or refund back to original mode of payment within 7 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in the same condition you received it in. No additional charges apply. All sales are final thereafter.
