How do I start a return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above to start
- Select the items and reason for return
- You will receive a confirmation email with the return instructions once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn with original tags on
- In the original packaging (i.e. drawstring bag / shoe box)
- Include original receipts
Promotional items or items purchased on sale are not returnable. All sales final.
How should I prepare my item for shipping?
- Securely seal items into the paper mailer your order arrived in or reused poly/paper bag
- Write 'Return to SWC' on your parcel and ensure that your order number is visible
- Do not write or affix shipping labels, stickers and tape on shoe box
What are the available return methods?
We offer 2 methods of return:
- Pickup (Highly recommended)
How do I book my return pickup?
- An email with return instructions will be sent once your request is approved
- You will be able to book your pickup date via the link in the email
- On the day of pickup, the assigned driver will contact you to confirm the pickup time
Are there any charges for return?
- Yes, return pickup is charged at $3.90
- Amount will be deducted from your Store Credit refund
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Why was my request rejected?
A rejected request may be due to:
- Does not meet return policy
- Final sale
